Crew Resource Management (CRM) Initial (Traditional Classroom)

This course is designed for the first-time CRM student and is interactive and participant-oriented. The course is structured around the concepts outlined in FAA AC120-51E.  Participants are introduced to the basic principles and theories behind the Crew Resource Management methodology.  A historical overview of CRM is provided, along with classic case studies illustrating the necessity for continued training.
