FlightSafety’s Human Factors / CRM Communication course helps develop the individual’s ability to communicate effectively and accurately.

Based on elements of FAA AC120-51E, 135.330, EASA AMC1/2 ORO.FC/CC.115 and Transport Canada 725.124(39) [including those changes proposed by the May 9, 2016 NPA], this course addresses the communication process, the importance of clear communication, communicating with people from different cultures and aviation communities, best practices for briefing and debriefing, and the role communication plays in decision making and conflict resolution.

The course includes case studies of accidents where communication played a role, and provides opportunities for practicing the communication skills presented.
